Without going the DFs route, the closest you can come w/o 3rd party software
is using task Scheduler with some copy mechanism, such as XCOPY or ROBOCOPY
(Windows Resource Kit).
Microsoft Application Center is also an option for "real time/auto"
replication, but it will cost you a bit of money.
