I am running Apache from a setup by phpdev423. It works fine, but I have
one question.

When I look at the processes running on my Windows XP, the memory used by
the Apache process varies a great deal. When I first start it , it might
take 5K. When I got through tonight it was showing 27K.

What makes the size vary?

Thanks,
Fred

The fact that memory management in Windows is better descripted as
