ASP.net app not working since Blaster worm patch update

I have been having a problem with my ASP.net 1.1
framework on XP quickstart application since I applied
the blaster worm patch.

Problem Report: There was a communication problem.
Message ID: TCP_ERROR
Problem Description: The system was unable to communicate
with the server.

It works sometimes and I think that is when I am not
dialed in to the internet. Do anyone know what the
problem could be. i had deleted the ASPNET account and
profile and had it recreated and ran the patch meant for
1.0 framework for XP after comenting out the check for
1.0 framework.

Where do you get this error msgs ?
is this your app custom msgs ? is IIS working ?
html, asp ?

and you might want to try post it at aspnet group too.
