IIS5.1 and ASP.NET

I have a very easy question I want to develop ASP.NET Web Applications. I installed IIS 5.1, but when I try to create a Web Application with VB.NET I get the message "Your server does not support ASP.NET" I looked at the MS website for downloads, but I can't find anything. Any idea what I have to download or change to make ASP.NET work on my computer?
