Do you have all the latest patches for your operating system installed?

Download MBSA v1.2 and check to be sure:

You did what? Did you just run the program or did you=20
actually download all the updates and install them...

uninterested to install.we always pursuit updates and do them all.

Lets get some more info... that error is somewhat generic.

What OS? How many sites? Have you changed the code recently? Do you have
any ISAPI? Have you isolated the websites? Does IIS restart on it's own or
do you restart it? How often does this happen?
