This is the weirdest thing. I have an .asp page with nothing in it. I
recieve a 500 error. When I put anything in there... even a space it
doesn't display the 500 error. I have disabled "show friendly errors" but I
still get the 500 error. It isn't your traditional "This page cannot be
displayed" type of deal. It is large bold font at the top that just says
"HTTP/1.1 500 Server Error." Can anyone tell me what's going on here?

TIA!

Hi,

Please reproduce the error again and then open event viewer, check the
server's application and system logs. Are there any corresponding ASP,
W3SVC or IIS Admin errors/warnings logged? If so, please post it here.

Have a nice day.

Sincerely,

WenJun Zhang
