Yes it does we are required to have pki cards to log in with. I did solve
the problem. The no touch install smart client was in a virtual directory
below the upper level directory. On the Smart Client's virtual I turned off
"require client certificates" and it installed fine now. I am still also
challenged for my pki card as weel.
