Of the free ones I've seen, the two best out there appear to be

Illusionfxnet is slightly better than 000k, I think, but they
carefully review applications and don't let all websites in. If your
site is well designed and likely to get hits, I'd recommend checking

000K has free web hosting if you buy a server first. I signed up for
the Deluxe model and let me tell you folks it is just what I was looking
