Google Irrelevant Results Again! - I search for subjects not related to my site, so this has nothing to so with personal site placement. I am getting obscure results from google once again? If it isn't broken, why are they trying to fix it?

How do they get your query in Google results - If you type in a Google query with any test string, you will get page results that contain that searched phrase. How do they do that in real time? (Not the sponsored links, the real page returns.)
