Does it matter if anyone else had a problem? Did you run a traceroute
to determine where the problem was? Are you sure it was
AffordableHost's issue and not something in between? Did you contact
AffordableHost and were you satisfied with the answer? 11 hours
downtime is inexcusable, and if it was AH's problem you know what you
should be doing right now.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I suggest you start looking for a better host. Theres many out there that

whoa, man that's bad....i recall them getting repeatedly slammed with DOS
attacks some months ago, maybe they are suffering this again. i was about
to try them for an ecommerce customer but backed off when they started
getting slammed. where'd Tina go anyways?

hosteway is ok, nerfirms doesn't blow you away with performance but you get
20 MySQL databases. we use GoDaddy or DotEasy for cheap stuff. DotEasy has
actually been pretty good for the price.
